Accommodation is in the Garden Wing of the main house, Mulberry Cottage, your hosts' home, an unusual copy cottage built by the previous owner in 2001, or self-contained Valley View Cottage. A quiet and peaceful property set well off the street, in rambling gardens, with lovely valley views on the interesting site of the old brickfield. Choose your tariff without breakfast, od order to be delivered to your suite. All rooms have en-suites, heating, tea and coffee etc. Free WIFI is available in the en-suite rooms only.

  • Old English Suite: elegant, private sitting room, King four-poster bed and single foldout. WIFI
  • French Boudoir:   Queen bed and single. WIFI
  • Garden Wing: (far end above) consists of both the above suites.WIFI

   Mulberry Cottage Unique B&B Accommodation, in the historic village of Richmond, is only 200m walk from Australia's oldest bridge and 15mins to the airport. It is a great base for visiting Hobart (23km), Southern Tasmania, Port Arthur & the East Coast and MONA, so is a memorable start or end to your trip round Tasmania. A word of warning: only limited restaurants in the evening, come early and eat in the daytime it's lovely!

 Small groups welcome. Ideal for honeymoon, family reunions or romantic retreat. Great for teenagers.
